Our Advocate program is perfect for Medical Doctors, Naturopaths, Chiropractors, and caregivers, as well as non-medical advocates who are inspired to help others find the most useful resources for their cancer treatments.
As a Moss Reports Advocate you will be given a unique coupon code that gives a 10% discount on Moss Reports and Consultations to those you refer.
In addition, Moss Reports Advocates earn 10% of the order totals from those you refer that can be redeemed as Advocate Benefits.
The 10% you earn as a Moss Reports Advocate can be redeemed in the following ways:
- Credit toward Moss Reports consultations or reports for your own use or to give as gifts to others.
- Donation to the 501c3 non-profit charity ‘The Center for Integrative Oncology’ (CIO).*
- Donation to another cancer charity of your choice.
- A cash payment.
Approved Moss Reports Advocates will receive a login on mossreports.com with resources for sharing and tracking of accrued benefits.
*The CIO supports those who need Moss Reports or Consultations but who cannot afford them, provides additional support for active-duty Military, and helps to further the mission of Moss Reports investigation of alternative and conventional cancer treatments, clinics, and doctors around the world.
Complying with Referral Laws
Referrals to Moss Reports fully comply with the Stark and Anti-Kickback laws and regulations.
The Stark Law was enacted to prevent referral sources such as physicians and physician extenders from inappropriately profiting from referrals. The Stark Law prohibits a physician from referring a patient for certain services to be reimbursed by federal health care programs to an entity with which the physician has an ownership interest or compensation arrangement if payments for the services furnished under the referral are to be made by the Medicare program.*
The Anti-Kickback Statute prohibits any knowing or willful solicitation or acceptance of any type of remuneration intended to induce referrals for health services that are reimbursable by the federal government.*
*Please note that Moss Reports does not, and has never, accepted payment from Medicare, Medicaid or any other Federal program, and thus Moss Reports Advocates are exempt from both the Stark Law and Anti-Kickback Statute. Also, it is important to remember that Moss Reports is not a medical provider, Dr. Moss is not an M.D. and Moss Reports services are for informational purposes only, not a replacement for appropriate care from a physician, oncologist or other medical specialist.
